New gym equipment at Pendleton Sports Centre
The refurbishment of the gym at Pendleton Sports Centre has state of the art Matrix Fitness equipment.
The new gym layout includes a variety of Matrix cardiovascular machines, resistant equipment, free-weights and a functional hub.
The gym has;
- Cardiovascular machines with touch consoles, including treadmills, cross trainer, bikes, rowing machines and a climbmill.
- For strength training the gym will have dual-use resistance machines.
- Free weights area with plate loaded equipment.
- Functional hub.
